On the nite Roy saw me off at the greyhound station in Dayton, we sat in the parking lot for a farewell cigarette & realized halfway thru that both our shoes & socks matched. Quite unintentionally. Again..... Two bodies, one brain!

Best story EVER. I mean, you hear friends matching shirts or outfits sometimes, and admittedly the shoes are an easy thing to do, but sock-matching? That speaks of psychic connections ahoy, in my humblest of opinions.

the funniest part about this (to me) is that we do this often. i can't even tell you how many times we've shown up wearing the exact same t-shirt or hat or something absurd like buttons we both found at completely different records stores or thrift stores (in totally different states). our "gentles" may be on opposite ends of the biological line, but that boy & i are clothes twins.
