At StyleMob.com (“StyleMob”),
we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and visitors.
The following Privacy and Security Policy outlines the information Glam Media, Inc.
(“Glam Media”) may collect and how we may use that information to
better serve visitors and members of StyleMob.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For
that reason, Glam Media does not knowingly collect or maintain personally
identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information
on the StyleMob from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our

age, then please do not use or access the StyleMob at any time or in
any manner. If Glam Media learns that personally identifiable information
of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on StyleMob without
verified parental consent, then Glam Media will take the appropriate steps
to delete this information.

Collected. Glam Media may also collect non-personal information
not associated with your identity. We collect this data to improve Stylemob.
The non-submitted information we collect is listed below:

o Time
o File
o Data transferred

Among our primary goals in collecting information is to provide you
with a customized experience when visiting our site and to make our
site more valuable to you. We use this information to closely
monitor which areas of the site are used most and to determine which
areas we need to focus on improving. This information is used exclusively
by StyleMob™ in aggregate form so that we may continue to improve
the value of the services and information on StyleMob for our members
as a whole.
As a valued
customer of Glam Media, we will occasionally contact you, typically by
e-mail (or any other way you prefer) in order to notify you of special
promotions, and up-to-date news, custom-tailored to your personal interests.
Of course, if you do not wish to receive this personalized information,
you can remove yourself from receiving such information by changing
the appropriate option on your user account.
Glam Media uses
your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our
computer server, and to administer our web site. Your IP address is
used to help identify you, and to gather broad demographic data. Your
IP address contains no personal information about you.
We may use "cookies" to collect or log certain information. A

What Privacy Policies Cover the Ads on Stylemob.com?
We may use third-party advertising networks to serve ads on
Stylemob.com. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single-pixel GIFs or Web
beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies
and action tags is not connected to personally identifiable information, such as your name and e-mail
address. For more information about these companies' separate privacy policies, you should contact the
advertising network directly.
Links to Third-Party Sites and Websites Containing Stylemob.com Branding
Stylemob.com may contain links to third-party sites. Please be aware, however,
that Glam Media is not responsible for and cannot control the privacy policies of these other sites or their practices. We
encourage you to read the privacy policies for these other sites, as they may differ from ours.
This website may also contain links to sites in the Glam Network that display
Stylemob.com branding and/or Glam Media's logo but which are maintained by third parties. Such websites may be identified in
that they do not display a "Stylemob.com" URL. Please read the privacy policy on these sites for applicable privacy practices
relating to personal information collected via those sites because they may differ from Stylemob.com's privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal information collected by Glam Media.
Except as described
above, we will not monitor, edit or disclose any personal information
about you or your account, without your prior consent unless
we have a belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with legal
process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii)
protect and defend the rights or property of Glam Media; (iii) enforce
our Terms of Service; (iv) protect the interests of users
of our services other than you or any other person; or (v) operate or
conduct maintenance and repair of Glam Media's services or equipment
as authorized by law.
Our Disclosure of Your Information
Glam Media does
not sell or rent personal information about its customers to any third
parties at this time. In the event Glam Media does engage in such
commerce in the future, you will have an opportunity to remove yourself
from any such lists prior to your inclusion therein by emailing us at
info@glammedia.com or by changing the appropriate option on
your user account. Glam Media does, however, perform statistical analysis
of customer usage in order to measure interest in, and use of, the various
parts of StyleMob, and Glam Media shares that information with current
and prospective advertisers, and other interested third parties. But,
this information is aggregated data only (statistics, etc.), and contains
no personally identifiable information whatsoever.
We may share your personal information with third parties or affiliates of Glam
Media with whom we have contracted to perform services on our behalf. All companies that act on our behalf are contractually
obligated to keep the personal information we provide to them confidential and to use the personal information we share only
to provide the services we ask them to perform.
Glam Media cooperates
with all law enforcement inquires and with all third parties to enforce
their intellectual property or other rights.
You should
be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information in chat
areas, on bulletin boards, or in classified areas within StyleMob™,
that information might be collected and disseminated by third-parties,
and result in, among other things, unsolicited inquiries, messages,
and offers from third-parties. Please understand that any information
that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and this
third-party conduct is out of the control of Glam Media. Please exercise
caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
StyleMob also
contains links to other web sites. Glam Media is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
Our internal data security policies restrict access to customers' personal
information to authorized employees. Authorized employees may use our customers' personal information for Glam Media business
purposes only. Our employees are bound by Glam Media policies that require them to maintain the confidentiality of our
customers' personal information. Employees who violate these requirements are subject to disciplinary action, up to and
including termination.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that are designed to
guard our customers' personal information. For example, for the security of your online visit to Stylemob.com, we may make
use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques, and/or authentication procedures. Unfortunately, no data transmission over
the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information,
Glam cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. In the
event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary so you can
take appropriate protective steps. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may notify you under such circumstances using the e-mail

This Privacy and Security Policy Applies to U.S. Customers
Stylemob.com is hosted in the United States and is intended for United States
visitors.
This Privacy and Security Policy applies to customer relationships established in
the United States. Parts of this Privacy and Security Policy may not apply to visitors outside the United States. Like almost
every website, Stylemob.com may be accessed by an international audience. If you are a non-U.S. visitor to our website, by
visiting our website and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed
for the purposes identified in this Privacy and Security Policy. In addition, such data may be stored on servers located
outside your resident jurisdiction, which may have less stringent privacy practices than your own. By providing us with your
data, you consent to transfer of such data.
Mergers, Acquisitions, and Bankruptcy
If Glam Media should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, or if
Glam Media should decide to buy another business or sell or reorganize part or all of Glam Media's business, Glam Media may

practice to obtain appropriate protections for information disclosed in these types of transactions. Glam Media cannot,
